This easy-breezy float is one of my favorite treats to enjoy in the summertime on a hot day. I like to juice a watermelon ahead of time and freeze it in small portions to make floats whenever a craving hits!
Juice the watermelon in a blender and strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Place the mango sorbet in a frosted glasses from the freezer. Pour the watermelon juice over the sorbet. Sprinkle the top with Tajin seasoning. Place a mint sprig and straw in the glass and enjoy right away!
If you freeze your watermelon juice ahead of time, simply thaw overnight in the freezer before you plan to use it.
Keep a few glasses in your freezer for whenever a float craving hits!
