Ingredients
1sheet of puff pastrythawed
1cupshredded white cheddar cheesesuch as Cracker Barrel
½cupprepared olive tapenade
Instructions
Lightly flour a clean work surface. Roll the sheet of puff pastry out to measure 9 ½ by 11 ½ inches. Spread the sheet with the cheese, then sprinkle the diced green olives on top.
Roll each of the short ends of the dough towards the center of the sheet until they meet in the middle. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 45 minutes or until you are ready to bake.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the roll into ¼ inch thick slices and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!
