Ingredients
1medium heirloom tomato,diced into ¼’’ pieces, seeds and juice included (about ¾ cup)
1medium peach,diced into ¼’’ pieces (about ¾ cup)
½of a large Hass avocado,diced into ¼’’ piece (about ½ cup)
1 ½teaspoonsof finely chopped jalapeño,ribs and seeds excluded
2tablespoonsof fresh lime juice,(about 1 lime)
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonsof fresh basil,finely shredded
Instructions
Lightly toss all ingredients in a bowl to combine, reserving a bit of basil and perhaps a whole leaf or two to garnish the very top of the salsa. Serve immediately. Recipe can easily be halved, doubled, or tripled, etc. to serve any desired amount.

Serving suggestions: as a topper for grilled fish, chicken, or pork, as a dip with chips, salad topper, toast topper, or even as a fruit salad (I’d recommend cutting the produce into larger, 1’’ pieces for this).
