Ingredients
16ouncesof large pretzels, broken into 1’’ pieces (or use the pretzel “nibbler” bites; I like the Snyder’s of Hanover brand for either option)
1enveloperanch seasoning mix (I used Hidden Valley)
¾cupoil (I like light olive, grapeseed, or canola for this)
2teaspoonsdried dill
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1-2teaspoonsLouisiana hot sauce or Frank’s Red Hot, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200℉. Line a large baking sheet or jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the pretzels in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, oil, dill, garlic and hot sauce by whisking together.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the pretzels and toss to combine.
Spread the coated pretzels in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring three times at the 15-, 30, and 45-minute mark.
Cool the pretzels completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
Pretzels will keep at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
